ENG/ Considering the background of a video and performative work, the artist revives a pictorial and color pencil drawing process. In this series of works, scenes of an imaginary composed by film captures, old magazines, discontinued library catalogs, and images repost on social networks, among others, are presented. All this in a process that implies parasitizing the images that others generate, and also, accumulating, analogously or digitally, several daily images -representing the canon of our time- in a compulsive way.
In the process of generating the artwork, the images are treated by the artist under the influence of personal memories and sensations, from certain experiences she has tried to retain mentally, images worked in a declaredly provocative sense rather than a nostalgic one. These drawings, with a palette of saturated colors, contain scenes with a marked atmosphere of ambiguity and desire, from an understanding of the Image itself as desire, always transformed in the likeness of the present moment, and abyssed in that desire.

SPA/ Desde el antecedente de un trabajo videográfico y performativo, la artista retoma un proceso pictórico y de dibujo a lápiz de color. En esta serie de trabajos se presentan escenas de un imaginario compuesto a partir de capturas de películas, de revistas antiguas, de catálogos discontinuados de bibliotecas y de imágenes reposteadas en redes sociales, entre otras. Todo esto en un proceso que implica parasitar de las imágenes que otros generan y acumular, análoga o digitalmente, una cantidad de imágenes diarias -respecto al canon de nuestra época- de forma compulsiva. 
En el proceso de generar las obras, las imágenes son tratadas por la artista bajo la influencia de recuerdos y sensaciones personales, a partir de ciertas experiencias que ha intentado retener mentalmente, imágenes trabajadas en un sentido declaradamente provocativo más que nostálgico. Estos dibujos, con una paleta de colores saturados, contienen escenas con una marcada atmósfera de la ambigüedad y el deseo, desde un entendimiento de la Imagen misma como deseo, siempre transformada a semejanza del momento actual y abismada en ese deseo.
